Where is the drop off at the Johan Cruijff Arena

What are the payment methods?

If you book a service online you can pay by credit card. (Mastercard, Visa or AMEX) For travel agencies and companies, it's possible to pay by wire transfer through an invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Point-to-point transfers and Airport taxi:
You can cancel a service up to 24hours free of charge. For refunds, we charge 3% of the total order amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours gives us the right to charge the full price.

Hourly service:
You can cancel a service up to 48hours free of charge. For refunds, we charge 3% of the total amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours give us the right to charge the full amount.

What are your Covid-19 Measures?

All our chauffeurs wear facemasks and all our vehicles are disinfected before every service. We do not shake hands and keep a 1.5-meter distance so much as possible. We ask all our clients to comply with these safety rules imposed by the RIVM.

What are the conditions to book a vehicle per hour?

For any hourly service, we apply a minimum booking of 4 hours. The mentioned rates apply for Amsterdam, with a maximum of 200 km per day. The price includes gratuity for the chauffeur.
