1. Where do I meet my driver at Schiphol Airport?
All our arrival pick ups include standard Meet & Greet Service. This is a personalised service where your chauffeur will meet you at the arrival hall (first exit after baggage claim) with a name sign. Your flight will be monitored, and the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly. Please ensure that the provided phone number can receive text messages/calls.
Sometimes, the driver may be waiting at a different gate (there are 4 in total) than where you or your guest has to come out. In this case, please get in touch with the driver or our office, and we will send the driver to you. (this takes approximately 2 minutes).
The services will be considered as a No Show (100% charge) when you leave the airport without contacting the driver or our office.
2. What is your waiting time policy?
Airport arrival transfers:
After your flight lands, you have 45 minutes of free waiting time. Any delays caused by immigration, lost luggage, or shopping will result in additional charges.
Mercedes E Class (or similar): €17.50 per 15 minutes (after the initial 45 min.)
Mercedes S and V Class (or similar): €20.00 per 15 minutes (after the initial 45 min.)
Sprinter/Touring cars: Rates will be provided in the quotation or on request.
City transfers:
The first 15 minutes of waiting time are free of charge. Additional waiting time beyond 15 minutes is charged every 15 minutes according to our waiting time rates, which you find above.
3. When do you share the driver details?
We aim to provide the driver details 24 hours before the service. (driver's name, phone, and vehicle information) On high-demand days, such as holidays, events, King's Day, or last-minute bookings, we strive to provide this information 12 to 3 hours before the service.
Sometimes, due to special circumstances, driver assignments may take longer than usual. We do everything we can to provide the driver's info as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
Airport and city transfers:
Sedans and minivans: The service can be cancelled 24 hours before the service, free of charge. Sprinter, Coaches and multiple bookings: On request (or provided in the quotation)
Hourly Service:
Sedans and minivans: The service can be cancelled 48 hours before the service, free of charge.
Multiple bookings (for events, delegations, etc.):
We apply different cancellation conditions for multiple bookings or events. These conditions are communicated in the quotation.
Cancellations made after the free period give us the right to charge 100% of the original price. Please note that credit card payments and deposits will be refunded with a 3% administration fee.
5. Terms for Hourly Service Bookings:
Our hourly rates service includes 25 free kilometres per hour. Additional kilometres will be subject to the following rates:
E Class: €2.20 per kilometer
S and V Class: €2.75 per kilometer
Sprinter/Touring cars: Rates available on request.
The start/end time of the service is always at one of our bases, which are located in Amsterdam, The Hague, or Rotterdam.
Please share your itinerary in advance to prevent any confusion regarding additional charges. This will enable us to provide you with an accurate price. If you book the service under "Itinerary as directed", our standard terms will apply.
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
Invoice Payments:
New clients: We share the invoice or payment link with the order confirmation. We require upfront payment to carry out the service.
Existing clients: You'll receive the invoice after the service is completed.
Cash/Card to the chauffeur: The chauffeur accepts credit cards, or cash (EURO) payments.
Online payments: We provide payment links for iDeal or Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) payments. We also charge from a credit card.
